About
Our founder, Dr Graham Pringle, brings a wealth of experience in residential and foster care, outdoor education, adventure-based youth work, and adult training.
As an Outdoors Trainer and academic with Charles Sturt University, Graham has dedicated over 20 years to using adventure as therapy for adolescents.
His doctorate was conferred by Griffith University on a complex trauma informed practice theory.
Graham's holistic approach to healing by para-professionals creates enriched ecological settings that rapidly and repeatedly cycle through the three layers of healing.
These layers offer deeply engaging experiences that foster positive, developmentally based growth, making it an ideal method for healing complex trauma, including dissociation.
With a career spanning back to 1985, Graham holds extensive qualifications in youth work, teaching, outdoor leadership and psychology.
He has published numerous texts for therapeutic practitioners and teaches a short course with over 1,000 graduates to date.
Living in Queensland with his wife Janelle, Graham loves exploring the great outdoors, especially through bushwalking, mountain biking, canoeing, and camping.
